OUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY - NO REFUNDS - NO RETURNS
Our goal is to sell only those items we would place in our own homes or purchase as gifts for special people in our lives. Consequently, we are very particular when it comes to choosing our product line. We try to choose only quality items to sell that will assist us in establishing a loyal and long lasting business relationship with you, our highly respected clients.
We try our best to describe items accurately and to show you a good photographic representation of our product line. We encourage you to ask questions about the item you are considering - please take the time to contact us through our secure Contact Form BEFORE you make this decision to buy. With that said and our selection process further considered, we do NOT accept returns or issue refunds.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Every item we ship out from Victoria Rose Cottage, Inc. is insured! If a product should ever arrive damaged, we will follow up on the Insurance Claim by providing you with any necessary paper work to complete your Insurance claim and assist the shipping agent in the process of such claim when necessary.

Selected Framed Prints Only
We have just received notice that some of the frames on selected framed prints are being changed due to raw material inventory changes. All framed prints are custom framed on a made to order basis. If the framer runs low on stock to frame your print, a substitute frame will be selected that will closely resemble the one showcased.
Please keep this in mind before you order any framed print.
If you are interested in ordering any of our prints framed, please use our contact form to let us know which framed print you are considering. We will contact the framer to find out if that same frame is still available. If it is being replaced, we will try and get a picture to show you before you place your order.
