Very Important Note    Most of our prints will  show as "in stock" but will still have to be special ordered from our supplier. Many of you ask why we show them in inventory when we do not keep a supply in stock. That is the only way we can sell them to you as we do not own a warehouse to stock this quantity of beautiful prints. These prints are lithographic quality professionally printed by a very well known, high end, quality publishing company, not printed on a home computer.    Because we are only ordering twice a month at this time, until the publisher is able to ship prints expedited, the processing time is also extended. Occasionally we will have a few of the loose prints in stock so if time is of the essence, please check with us before you place your order. Typically, those will be listed in our Sale Category. Current wait time if we have to special order your print is 3 weeks plus delivery time.       Very Special Announcement Selected Framed Prints Only We have just received notice that some of the frames on selected framed prints are being changed due to raw material inventory changes. All framed prints are custom framed on a made to order basis. If the framer runs low on stock to frame your print, a substitute frame will be selected that will closely resemble the one showcased. Please keep this in mind before you order any framed print. If you are interested in ordering any of our prints framed, please use our contact form to let us know which framed print you are considering. We will contact the framer to find out if that same frame is still available. If it is being replaced, we will try and get a picture to show you before you place your order. All  prints are printed  on highest grade industry stock by a well known & highly respected professional printing company. These are not printed on a home computer and are lithographic quality. Most framed prints are as shown and are under glass with the exception of canvas of Giclees.  Please check with us prior to ordering if you have any questions.   **About Special Order Items** Estimated delivery time depends on several determining factors. We often over estimate to avoid your disappointment.     Because of the nature of the product and the fact that all prints are custom framed on a made to order basis, All special orders must be paid in full in advance.   Our supplier's catalog is subject to change. If the item is no longer available as shown from our supplier, we will issue you  a total refund or a store credit whichever you choose.   The quality of these prints is  worthy of your patience and kind understanding.
